James Zhang

President and Co-Founder of Unione Group, brings nearly 20 years of experience in banking and commercial real estate. He has played a key role in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy across both residential and commercial real estate, while also leading efforts to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency. Holding MBAs from both Peking University and the University of Toronto, James previously held senior positions at Citibank Beijing and RBC Royal Bank of Canada. He now leverages his deep industry expertise to deliver strategic guidance and exceptional value to clients throughout their real estate journeys.
